Medical Representative – Remote (Al Ain)

About the role

PAXAS Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote its portfolio of fertility, sexual health, weight‑management and broader health‑and‑beauty products. The position is full‑time and primarily remote, serving healthcare professionals and stakeholders across the Al Ain region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote PAXAS pharmaceutical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals and pharmacies through virtual and occasional in‑person meetings.
• Present scientific and commercial product information clearly and professionally.
• Provide ongoing support, answer inquiries, and manage order processing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers.
• Monitor market trends, collect feedback from practitioners, and report insights to internal teams.
• Coordinate with marketing, regulatory and logistics departments to align promotional activities with ethical and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills with the ability to convey complex information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, ideally within fertility, sexual health or weight‑management segments.
• Valid UAE driving licence and prior experience working in Al Ain.
