Medical Sales & Doctor Relations Executive / Recruitment Assistant

About the role

We are expanding our healthcare recruitment team in Dubai and are looking to fill two full‑time positions: a Medical Sales & Doctor Relations Executive who will engage doctors and promote our services, and a Recruitment & Administrative Assistant who will support the recruitment process and handle administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to doctors and healthcare professionals to introduce Stafmed services and career opportunities.
• Qualify interested doctors, schedule consultations and maintain lead records.
• Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn.
• Assist recruiters with candidate coordination, update records and CRM trackers.
• Organise CVs, documents and recruitment files, and coordinate interviews.
• Prepare correspondence, support onboarding and manage licensing documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records and provide general administrative support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in medical sales, telesales, business development, recruitment or customer‑facing roles for the Executive role.
• Previous experience in administration, recruitment support or customer service for the Assistant role.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Target‑driven, organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with the UAE healthcare market is preferred.
