Meeting Booker

About the role

We are looking for a driven, full-time Meeting Booker to help grow our client base. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients, opening doors and booking meetings for our Account Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients (brands and companies) in the UAE and KSA
• Reach out to decision‑makers via phone, email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp
• Book qualified meetings for our Account Managers
• Follow up on leads consistently until a meeting is confirmed
• Prepare short briefs on each prospect before meetings
• Support the team with ad‑hoc tasks when needed

Required profile

• Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, sales or business development (B2B is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic, both spoken and written
• Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach
• Well organised, persistent and results‑driven
• Comfortable working with targets and tracking your own performance
• Interest in marketing, social media or the creator economy is a plus
