About the role
The Member Experience Executive is the first point of contact for members and guests at Wellfit Masaar. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, foster strong relationships, and ensure every interaction reflects the high standards of the Wellfit brand.
Key responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Assist with membership enquiries, registrations, and renewals.
- Handle member feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the reception area.
- Collaborate with fitness and operations teams to coordinate events and promotions.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, email).
