Membership Executive (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Privilee is a lifestyle membership giving its members access to hotels, fitness clubs and beach clubs across the UAE, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. It is looking for an enthusiastic Membership Executive (Arabic speaker) to be the first point of contact for members and prospects, helping them use the app, resolve partner issues and turn leads into loyal members.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, calm support to members across phone, WhatsApp, email and social channels
• Solve complex member issues quickly and empathetically, with timely, high-quality resolutions
• Convert leads into members and retain current ones by tailoring recommendations and guiding them through a smooth joining experience
• Spot and escalate recurring issues and operational gaps using member feedback and data
• Handle complaints professionally and sensitively, offering fair solutions and closing the loop
• Share knowledge and mentor teammates, and help streamline workflows and troubleshoot tools
• Use data and insights to spot trends and suggest improvements to the member experience

Required profile

• 4+ years of customer service, support or sales experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and Arabic, with attention to tone and detail
• Strong organisation skills, able to manage several conversations and follow-ups at once
• Comfortable working weekends and rotating shifts to cover evenings, with two days off per week

Required skills

• Comfortable with tools such as Notion, Slack and CRM platforms, or quick to learn them
• Structured, proactive and solution-driven communicator
