MENA Regional Manager – Forex/CFD Brokerage

About the role

We are looking for a senior MENA Regional Manager to drive the expansion of our Forex and CFD brokerage across the Middle East and North Africa. The role will be based in Abu Dhabi and requires a native Arabic speaker with deep industry experience and an extensive network of clients, introducing brokers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s MENA expansion strategy, identifying high‑potential markets and creating market‑entry plans.
• Build and lead a regional sales and business development team, recruiting and managing country managers in key markets.
• Establish and grow a network of introducing brokers, affiliates, partners and high‑value clients, negotiating agreements and commission structures.
• Drive client acquisition, deposit growth, active trading volume and revenue while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular market intelligence reports and recommend localized promotions, events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with dealing, compliance, onboarding, marketing and operations teams to enhance the client experience.

Required profile

• Native Arabic speaker.
• Senior experience in Forex/CFD brokerage sales, business development and IB management.
• Proven track record of client acquisition, deposit generation and revenue growth in the MENA region.
• Extensive network of clients, introducing brokers, partners and industry contacts across MENA.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing regional teams.
