Menswear Fashion Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative and commercially‑focused Menswear Designer to lead the development of trend‑driven, customer‑centric collections. The role involves translating global fashion insights into cohesive seasonal ranges that align with our brand’s price positioning and target audience.

Key responsibilities

• Research global fashion trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Create seasonal mood boards, colour stories, concepts and design directions.
• Design menswear items including T‑shirts, polos, shirts, sweatshirts, knitwear, jackets, joggers, shorts and other bottoms.
• Produce technical sketches, prints, graphics and detailed tech packs.
• Select fabrics, trims, colours and finishes for each collection.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing and Production teams from concept through final production.
• Review samples and fits, providing design modifications as needed.
• Conduct regular competitor and market analysis to spot emerging trends.
• Ensure all design deliverables meet the seasonal calendar.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Design or a related field.
• 4–7 years of menswear design experience, preferably in fashion retail, fast fashion or value fashion.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to develop collections that meet price and market targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Technical sketching and tech pack creation.
• Knowledge of fabrics, trims, colour application and garment construction.
• Experience in seasonal collection development and range planning.
