MEP Engineer (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) - High-Rise

About the role

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is recruiting experienced MEP engineers across mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines for a leading MEP contractor executing high-rise residential and commercial tower projects in Dubai. The position reports to the Project Manager or Site Director and is full-time and on-site. Candidates should have hands-on experience in the UAE, with full project lifecycle exposure and strong technical execution capability.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and supervise the installation of MEP systems such as HVAC, drainage, water supply, electrical, LV/MV, lighting and fire-fighting.
• Plan site activities, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors and manage execution to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Read, interpret and implement project drawings and BOQs accurately on site.
• Manage manpower planning and labour productivity according to site conditions and budget.
• Ensure site work complies with quality control, safety regulations and project specifications.
• Prepare and respond to project correspondence, including letters and technical queries.
• Support inspections with consultants and local authorities (DEWA, DM, DCD) and follow up on NOCs and approvals.
• Monitor project progress and support regular reporting to the Project Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering (as applicable).
• At least one full project lifecycle completed in the UAE, from mobilisation to handover.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience in a similar role within an MEP contracting company.
• Experience with high-rise residential or commercial towers is required.
• Currently based in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview.

Required skills

• Labour control, productivity tracking and manpower budgeting.
• Familiarity with safety and quality control procedures under UAE construction standards.
• Strong communication skills and professional letter-writing ability.
