MEP / Field Service Technician – Multi‑Skilled (Dubai, UAE)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on MEP / Field Service Technician to join our growing team in the UAE. The role involves providing technical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and service support for a wide range of MEP systems at customer sites across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and service HVAC, air‑conditioning, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and related MEP equipment.
• Diagnose faults and implement corrective and preventive maintenance solutions.
• Service water‑filtration systems and commercial kitchen equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify potential issues and ensure safe, efficient completion of work.
• Respond to customer service calls, attend assigned sites across the UAE and maintain accurate service documentation.
• Interact professionally with customers, explaining technical issues and completed work.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete field assignments while adhering to company procedures, safety requirements and UAE regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as an MEP, multi‑skilled or field service technician.
• Practical experience across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, air‑conditioning, water‑filtration and commercial kitchen equipment.
• NVQ Level 3 or 4 qualification in Refrigeration & Air‑Conditioning, Electrical, Plumbing or a related technical discipline.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities, able to work independently in the field.
• Good English communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE and physically capable of performing technical maintenance work.
