MEP Helper – HVAC Support

About the role

The MEP Helper will support HVAC technicians and MEP teams on construction sites, assisting with installation, testing, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment within the oil & gas, water, power, and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, FCU, AHU, and VRF/VRV equipment.
• Carry out basic support tasks such as lifting, shifting, and arranging HVAC materials and tools.
• Support duct fabrication, insulation works, pipe fitting, and equipment installation activities.
• Load, unload, and transport materials on the project site and help with equipment alignment, fixing, and commissioning.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an MEP or HVAC helper on construction projects.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP installation activities; experience on oil & gas projects is a plus.
• Ability to perform physical work in outdoor environments, on high platforms or confined spaces, adhering to safety standards.
