MEP Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works on large‑scale infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all MEP activities, coordinating with construction and engineering teams, and ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all MEP works on infrastructure projects, including utility networks, street lighting, pumping stations, drainage, sewerage, and water networks.
• Coordinate MEP activities with construction, engineering, client teams, and external consultants.
• Review drawings, technical submittals, method statements, and project specifications for compliance.
• Monitor project progress, control budgets, and ensure timely completion.
• Lead subcontractors and on‑site teams, and liaise with utility authorities.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover phases, and provide regular progress updates in project meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience managing MEP works on infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, utilities, pumping stations, street lighting, drainage, sewerage, and water networks.
• Proven experience on UAE/GCC projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, authority requirements, and project management.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
