MEP Procurement Manager

About the role

A leading conglomerate is seeking an accomplished MEP Procurement Manager to lead and manage procurement at a group level across multiple projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
• Lead strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations and ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment and subcontract packages.
• Drive cost optimisation, standardise processes across the group and mitigate supply‑chain risks.
• Collaborate closely with commercial, estimation and project teams to support successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• 12‑15 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within MEP contracting in the UAE.
• Proven track record of delivering procurement savings and managing multiple business units and large‑scale projects.
• Strong network of regional and international suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Experience with procurement software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
