MEP Project Manager - High-Rise Construction

About the role

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of several complex high-rise residential and hospitality projects in Dubai. The role covers mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines, reporting to the General Manager / Projects Director. Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle execution of MEP works on high-rise residential and hotel projects
• Plan and monitor project timelines, budgets, resources and deliverables
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and plumbing teams for smooth integration
• Review designs, BOQs and drawings and ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NEC and local authority standards
• Obtain authority approvals (DEWA, DM, DCD, etc.) and ensure timely inspections and certifications
• Manage contractor and subcontractor teams, control labour productivity and optimise performance
• Hold progress meetings, issue weekly reports and support top management in strategic planning
• Embed QA/QC processes, follow safety regulations and lead handover documentation and close-out

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 12 years of UAE experience managing MEP projects
• Proven delivery of high-rise towers or hotel developments from start to finish
• Knowledge of UAE local authority processes (DEWA, DCD, DM)
• Background with reputed MEP contractors and consultants
• Stable employment history with at least 2-3 projects completed end-to-end
