MEP Site Supervisor – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Al Sahir General Contracting Establishment is seeking an experienced MEP Site Supervisor to lead mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on construction sites in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all MEP works on project sites.
• Monitor daily activities of technicians and labourers.
• Ensure installations follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and other site teams.
• Track work progress, quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare daily site reports and manage material requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in MEP projects.
• Preferably experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of MEP installation and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.
• Strong communication and team‑management skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
