MEP Supervisor – Facilities Management

About the role

The MEP Supervisor will assist and manage the operations of facilities and engineering services, coordinating with outsourced service providers. The primary goal is to maintain safe, robust environments that support superior property performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement best‑practice building operation plans and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect facilities and equipment, determine service needs, and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance programs.
• Lead a team, manage staffing plans, work allocation, and third‑party specialist services.
• Administer all maintenance contracts, make‑ready work, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Produce monthly engineering reports and weekly site walk‑around reports.
• Coordinate tasks of assistants and supervisors to ensure smooth site operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Facilities Management (preferred).
• Professional certifications in facilities management are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Ability to lead teams and manage contracts and outsourced services.
