About the role
The company seeks an experienced MEP Supervisor to lead daily fit‑out activities on construction sites in Dubai. You will oversee electrical, HVAC and plumbing installations, ensuring they meet design drawings, schedules, quality and safety standards. The role reports to the project manager and requires close coordination with engineers and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all MEP fit‑out works, including electrical, HVAC and plumbing installations.
- Verify that work complies with project drawings, timelines, quality requirements and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with workers, engineers and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain progress.
- Maintain daily progress reports and ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience supervising MEP fit‑out projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems in a construction environment.
- Based in Dubai and able to work onsite.
