Merchandise Operations Administration Intern – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for an organised, detail‑oriented intern to support our merchandise operations team. The role offers hands‑on experience in product administration, inventory management and cross‑functional coordination within a leading luxury e‑commerce business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate product, supplier, pricing, stock and catalogue data across internal systems.
• Assist with product creation, categorisation, description, attribute and image uploads.
• Prepare and update spreadsheets, reports, trackers and dashboards on product and inventory performance.
• Support purchase order processing, delivery information, product launches and stock updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams and brand partners to resolve data discrepancies.
• Conduct regular data quality checks to identify errors, duplicates or missing content.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Fashion, Merchandising, Retail, Supply Chain, Marketing, Data or related fields.
• Strong interest in fashion, luxury retail and e‑commerce.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
