About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Merchandiser to join our team in Dubai. The role combines sales, product presentation and payment collection to drive growth for our pharmaceutical and consumer brands.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products to retail customers and building lasting relationships.
- Ensure attractive product displays, implement promotional activities and maintain proper shelf placement for maximum visibility.
- Monitor stock levels, execute FIFO rotation and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Collect payments according to agreed terms, follow up on outstanding balances and keep accurate records.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, merchandising activities and market insights to the sales manager.
Required profile
- University degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to work independently.
- Basic understanding of payment collection processes.
