Merchandiser – Retail Sales & Customer Service

About the role

Dr. Nutrition is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to support its retail operations in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while ensuring product displays meet brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain attractive and organized product shelves according to merchandising guidelines.
• Interact professionally with customers, answering queries and promoting product benefits.
• Collaborate with store teams to execute promotional activities and sales initiatives.
• Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies to the store manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of retail experience, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
• Good command of English with clear communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong grooming standards.
• Customer‑focused attitude with solid interpersonal abilities.
