About the role
Julphar is seeking a strategic, analytically strong M&A professional to lead deal execution in the pharma/healthcare sector. The role will translate corporate strategy into actionable M&A priorities, assess long‑term value creation and manage cross‑functional teams throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Screen targets and assess strategic fit.
- Develop financial models and perform valuations.
- Coordinate due diligence activities.
- Negotiate and structure deals.
- Plan and oversee post‑merger integration.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development or transaction advisory.
- Background in pharmaceuticals, biotech or healthcare services with a proven track record of closed transactions.
- Exposure to licensing, partnership and joint‑venture structures.
- Experience operating in MENA and other emerging markets.
Required skills
- Financial modelling & valuation.
- Due diligence coordination.
- Deal negotiation & structuring.
- Post‑merger integration planning.
- Strategic scenario modelling.
