About the role

We are seeking an innovative, business‑oriented consultant to help enterprise users and leadership teams adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot and modern AI productivity tools. The role focuses on translating AI capabilities into practical business use cases and delivering engaging learning experiences across all organizational levels.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions and workshops on Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI productivity features for audiences ranging from end‑users to senior executives.
• Translate Copilot capabilities into real‑world use cases for functions such as decision‑making, communication, reporting, and daily workflows.
• Demonstrate practical applications across Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Support AI adoption and behavioral change, customizing content to business context and technical knowledge levels.
• Stay current with the evolving Copilot and Generative AI ecosystem, continuously introducing new use cases.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Generative AI, or Microsoft 365 adoption programs.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand challenges and craft practical AI use cases.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable engaging senior management and facilitating discussions on AI opportunities.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint).
• Microsoft 365 Copilot and Generative AI concepts.
• Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure AI basics.
