Mid-Level Arabic‑Speaking SharePoint Developer (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Arabic‑speaking SharePoint Developer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on designing, building, and supporting enterprise SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for end‑to‑end solution delivery, ensuring high performance, security and scalability of SharePoint environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 solutions, including web parts, extensions, forms, lists and document libraries using SPFx.
• Build client‑side components with React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
• Create workflows and low‑code applications with Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Integrate SharePoint with external systems via REST APIs and Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Configure permissions, content types, metadata, search and document‑management features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint applications, workflows and integrations.
• Support deployment, migration and ongoing enhancement activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into functional SharePoint solutions and produce technical documentation.
• Perform code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to junior team members.

Required profile

• Arabic‑speaking with professional proficiency.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on SharePoint development experience.
• Immediate availability and willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint lists, libraries, permissions, metadata and workflows.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
