Mid-Senior Hospitality Professionals

About the role

Hire Resolve is partnering with hospitality organisations across the UAE to recruit experienced professionals for mid‑senior level positions. These roles span hotel and resort operations, food & beverage leadership, guest experience, events/banqueting, and revenue performance, offering pathways to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations across accommodation, F&B outlets, banqueting/events, and multi‑department environments to meet service and financial targets.
• Drive guest experience standards, quality assurance, and service recovery to enhance satisfaction and brand reputation.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and team performance through coaching, training, and performance management.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, and cost controls while maintaining service quality.
• Implement SOPs, brand standards, and compliance processes, including health and safety practices.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue teams to optimise occupancy, ADR/RevPAR, and profitability.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related field (preferred); equivalent experience considered.
• 5–12+ years of progressive hospitality experience in hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, fine dining, leisure or multi‑site operations.
• Proven leadership of multicultural teams and ability to deliver operational performance in high‑volume settings.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, labour planning and KPI‑driven decision‑making.
• Working knowledge of UAE employment practices and compliance expectations.

Required skills

• Familiarity with hospitality systems such as PMS, POS, RMS, CRM.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
