Mid‑Senior Healthcare Professional

About the role

Hire Resolve is partnering with healthcare organisations in the UAE to recruit experienced clinicians for a variety of mid‑senior positions across acute, outpatient, community and specialist settings. The roles provide a clear pathway to senior clinician, clinical lead and service leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence‑based, patient‑centred care in line with local policies and scope of practice.
• Provide clinical leadership within wards, clinics, theatres, diagnostic services, community teams or therapy services.
• Conduct assessments, develop care plans, deliver interventions and evaluate outcomes for complex patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, support escalation, discharge planning and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handovers using approved record systems.
• Uphold infection prevention, medication safety and clinical risk management practices.
• Participate in clinical governance activities such as audit support, incident reporting and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulatory expectations and licensing requirements.
• Supervise, mentor and support junior clinicians and students, contributing to competency development.
• Support service improvement initiatives that enhance patient experience, safety and outcomes.

Required profile

• Recognised professional qualification (e.g., Nursing, Allied Health, or medical degree) aligned to the discipline.
• Current or eligible UAE professional licensure (DHA, DOH or MOHAP) for the relevant emirate and role.
• Typically 5–10+ years post‑qualification clinical experience with complex case exposure.
• Strong understanding of patient safety, infection control and clinical governance in regulated settings.
• Proven ability to work across multidisciplinary stakeholders and communicate clearly with patients and families.
• Professional English proficiency (spoken and written); additional languages advantageous.
