Millwright Fitter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Millwright Fitter to join our cement plant in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The role involves maintaining and overhauling critical plant equipment, ensuring reliable operation of the production line.

Key responsibilities

• Perform machinery design, erection, installation, dismantling, maintenance, repair, overhaul, modification, and relocation of factory equipment.
• Carry out Vertical Roller Mill (VRM) maintenance and drive gearbox overhauls.
• Handle fitting, fabrication, dial alignment, and raw material handling equipment maintenance.
• Apply basic cutting and welding skills as needed.
• Use tools, tackles, measuring instruments, and hydraulic devices for equipment maintenance.
• Follow proper lubrication procedures per lubricant type.
• Disassemble and reassemble assemblies and sub‑assemblies.
• Inspect and maintain rotary equipment and support VRM section operation.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings; prepare drawings for routine maintenance jobs.
• Execute on‑site fabrication and repair work while leading maintenance activities.

Required profile

• ITI – Millwright Fitter qualification.
• Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in the cement industry.
