Minibar Attendant

About the role

The Minibar Attendant at Sheraton Dubai ensures that guest rooms are stocked with a well‑presented minibar, contributing to a memorable hospitality experience. You will work closely with the Guest Service team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Restock and arrange minibar items in guest rooms according to brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and coordinate with the back‑of‑house team for replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness of minibar areas and related workspaces.
• Assist guests with minibar inquiries and fulfill requests promptly.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and moving supplies across the property.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless guest service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience in hospitality or food‑and‑beverage service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and professional appearance.
