MIS Manager – Management Reporting & Analytics

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive, in partnership with BYD, is seeking an MIS Manager to lead accurate management reporting and deliver actionable insights for its Aftersales business in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute accurate, timely MIS reports and develop KPI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx.
• Maintain reporting repositories, reconcile data across systems, brands and branches, and support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Partner with Finance to validate targets, incentives, commissions and rebates, and ensure business packages and SMCs are processed in SAP.
• Coordinate system access through GRC, resolve IT‑related issues, and support the implementation of Aftersales SOPs.
• Lead and develop two MIS Executives while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in MIS, reporting, dashboard development or business analysis, preferably in automotive retail or Aftersales.
• Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI or equivalent dashboarding tools (Tableau, Alteryx).
• SQL or other data‑query methods.
• Experience with data cleansing, reconciliation, KPI calculation and report automation.
• Exposure to ERP/CRM systems; SAP experience is desirable.
