Mobile App Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a Mobile App Product Owner with experience in the airline industry to lead the delivery and continuous improvement of our iOS and Android applications. This hybrid PO/BA position bridges business strategy, user experience, and engineering execution to turn vision into a prioritized backlog and high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the mobile app backlog, ensuring items are well‑defined, prioritized, and sprint‑ready.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, and process flows.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement clarification.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, analytics, and operations to deliver features that improve customer experience and business performance.
• Define end‑to‑end flows for APIs, authentication, payments, notifications, and analytics tracking.
• Support QA with test scenarios, coordinate UAT, and ensure release readiness.
• Monitor post‑release performance, app‑store reviews, and drive continuous improvements.
• Define and track success metrics such as conversion, engagement, retention, and crash‑free sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering mobile applications in the airline domain.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Ability to translate business goals into functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
