Mobile Product Manager – Airlines

About the role

Etihad Airways is looking for a Mobile Product Manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, delivery and performance of its Mobile App portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, Digital, the role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle of customer-facing mobile experiences, working with technology, UX, analytics and business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that improve customer engagement, satisfaction and commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Etihad's mobile applications.
• Own the full product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through delivery, launch and optimization.
• Collaborate with UX, engineering, architecture and business teams on intuitive, scalable and high-performing mobile experiences.
• Drive Agile product delivery, managing priorities, dependencies, risks and release planning.
• Use customer insights, analytics, market trends and competitive benchmarking to inform product decisions.
• Monitor KPIs, adoption, engagement and customer feedback to continuously improve the mobile experience.
• Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, and act as the voice of the customer.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years managing mobile app products at scale.
• Proven track record of launching and growing customer-facing mobile apps on iOS and Android.
• Airline or travel industry experience is required.
• Experience in Agile environments, including SAFe and Scrum.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, customer journeys, app analytics, mobile UX and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience with mobile development teams using native (iOS, Android) and/or cross-platform technologies such as Flutter or React Native.
• Ability to define product strategy, prioritize roadmaps and deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
