Mobility & Relocation Consultant – Destination Services

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mobility & Relocation Consultant to join our Dubai team at HelpXpat Relocations. The role is desk‑based and serves as the primary point of contact for assignees and corporate HR throughout the end‑to‑end relocation journey across the UAE, KSA and the wider Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for assignees and client HR, conducting needs assessments and briefing on relocation provisions.
• Manage cases from initial assessment through settling‑in, coordinating immigration, orientation, home and school searches, tenancy handover and snagging.
• Collaborate with Field Consultants and external partners to deliver accompanied services.
• Track immigration and tenancy activities, ensuring milestones, documentation and SLA compliance.
• Maintain accurate case records, costs, milestones and reports in the CRM system.
• Prepare and present client review meetings, regular reporting and performance metrics.
• Support new client implementations and mentor junior consultants on complex cases.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate relocation, destination services or global mobility.
• Proven ability to manage multiple relocation cases simultaneously and interact directly with corporate HR and relocating families.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience preparing client reports.

Required skills

• Zoho CRM (or similar case‑management system) experience.
