MOD Supervisor

About the role

The MOD Supervisor will manage all pre‑installation and installation activities for elevators and escalators, ensuring project scope, resources, and timelines are met. This role involves close coordination with contractors, architects, consultants, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre‑installation works, including material delivery planning and shaft readiness verification.
• Award purchase orders for subcontractors and local materials in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with main contractors, architects, and consultants for shop drawings, technical submittals, material samples, method statements, and inspection plans.
• Plan and execute logistics for safe, timely delivery of elevator and escalator materials.
• Monitor installation progress using MS Projects, Primavera, or Excel and raise trouble reports for any material issues.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety briefings, and ensure compliance with company safety procedures.
• Prepare and submit interim payment applications and manage third‑party inspections.
• Oversee project budget, cost reviews, and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator industry.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Projects, Primavera, and Excel.
• Experience using Microsoft‑based software for technical coordination.
