Mortgage Broker – Full‑time, Abu Dhabi

About the role

Mortgage PRO is seeking a full‑time Mortgage Broker to join its Abu Dhabi office. You will guide clients through the home‑financing process, assess their financial situation and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with clients to evaluate their financial profile and explain available mortgage products.
• Prepare and submit mortgage applications, coordinate with banks and financial institutions, and track approvals and documentation.
• Analyze client needs, provide debt‑consolidation guidance and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Support mortgage marketing initiatives and maintain accurate client records.
• Deliver a professional, client‑focused service experience throughout the loan process.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker with strong finance knowledge.
• Ability to interpret financial documents, assess affordability and advise on debt‑consolidation options.
• Understanding of mortgage marketing principles and experience promoting mortgage products.
• Excellent client‑facing communication, negotiation skills and high integrity.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate with lenders and internal teams.
• Previous experience in banking, financial services or real estate in the UAE is preferred.
