Mortgage Business Development Manager

About the role

Mensa Mortgages is seeking an experienced, commercially‑driven Mortgage Business Development Manager to lead mortgage origination across the UAE market. The role focuses on building pipelines, developing referral networks and converting opportunities into successful mortgage transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new mortgage business throughout the UAE, targeting high‑net‑worth clients, property buyers and investors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with UAE banks and their mortgage/credit teams.
• Establish referral partnerships with real‑estate brokers, developers, wealth managers and private bankers.
• Understand client financing needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Manage the full loan cycle from client engagement through application, approval and disbursement.
• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently meet agreed revenue targets.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of UAE banking, mortgage or brokerage experience.
• Deep knowledge of UAE residential mortgage products and lending processes.
• Existing relationships with UAE banks and mortgage teams.
• Proven track record of mortgage origination and successful transactions.
• Strong business‑development and client‑acquisition capabilities.
