Mortgage Consultant

About the role

Elite Mortgage is seeking a full‑time Mortgage Consultant to join its Dubai office. You will guide clients through every step of the mortgage journey, from the first inquiry to loan completion, ensuring they understand product options and terms.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and analyse financial information to recommend suitable mortgage solutions.
• Coordinate with lenders and internal teams to progress applications and manage documentation.
• Follow up on approvals, maintain accurate records in line with regulatory requirements, and provide timely customer support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to support business growth.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, including lending and finance principles.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service with a solution‑oriented approach.
• Proven sales or consulting experience in banking, mortgage brokerage, or financial services.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and manage a high‑volume workload with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic office software.
• Experience with CRM systems.
