Mortgage Sales Consultant

About the role

City Mortgage Solutions is expanding its fast‑growing team in Dubai and seeks disciplined, ambitious Mortgage Sales Consultants. You will focus on generating new mortgage business, guiding clients through the loan process, and closing deals using high‑quality, pre‑screened leads.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume calling, rapid follow‑ups and persistent pipeline management to maximise conversions.
• Handle objections confidently and close mortgage deals for pre‑approval, refinancing, buyout or new purchase.
• Supervise an in‑house secretary and maintain daily productivity through a custom CRM system.
• Pre‑qualify leads based on income, employment and property criteria.
• Explain core mortgage concepts such as DVR, pre‑approval and bank criteria to clients.
• Coordinate with underwriting and processing teams to ensure smooth file movement and excellent client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in mortgages or banking.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Confident advisory selling, negotiation and closing abilities.
