Mortgage Sales Manager

About the role

Mashreq is hiring a Sales Manager for its Injaz Retail Banking Group mortgage team. The role sources mortgage loans for salaried individuals and business owners in the UAE and maintains strong relationships with existing customers, aiming to acquire high net worth mortgage clients such as Private Banking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently exceed monthly KPI and sales targets in the financial year.
• Lead mortgage business development with targeted segments, real estate partners and approved mortgage brokers, and in residential and commercial developments.
• Adhere to the bank's KYC/AML policies and ensure control requirements are met.
• Record sales activities in daily sales reports and update the CRM for leads and contacts.
• Take part in team activities such as morning huddles, training and coaching, and complete mandatory compliance and fraud training.
• Follow market intelligence on internal needs and competitor activity, and keep up product knowledge through trainings and workshops.

Required profile

• Sales experience in mortgages.
• 2-3 years of banking experience, with at least 1 year in mortgage sales.
• Adequate knowledge of mortgage products, service policies and processes.
• Fully accredited for selling mortgages and Islamic solutions.
