Mortgages Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Mortgages Team Lead to manage and develop a high‑performing team of 15+ Mortgage Consultants in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for driving monthly and quarterly loan disbursal targets while ensuring top‑notch governance, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage performance of the mortgage consulting team (onboarding, IDPs, ramp‑up).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursals.
• Provide hands‑on enablement across CRM systems, mortgage processes, and industry best practices.
• Manage customer experience, including handling escalations and complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and banking regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in mortgage sales or related financial services.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
