Motorcycle Sales Executive

About the role

The Motorcycle Sales Executive will drive B2C and B2B sales for Honda motorcycles within Al‑Futtaim Automotive. The role focuses on lead generation, conversion, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience in a fast‑paced showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to revenue and market‑share growth.
• Generate and convert quality leads using C4C, improving conversion rates and response times.
• Drive B2B and fleet sales, acquiring new corporate accounts and closing fleet deals.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience, maintaining high satisfaction scores and encouraging repeat/referral sales.
• Ensure accurate documentation and CRM adherence to maintain sales‑process quality.
• Contribute to brand presence through events, activations and ride‑events.
• Support stock turnover and reduction of aging inventory via clearance campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, after‑sales, logistics and showroom teams for seamless service.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automotive or motorcycle sales, preferably B2C and B2B.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation and CRM usage.
• Willingness to collaborate across multiple departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with C4C (SAP Cloud for Customer) CRM system.
