MRO Training Coordinator

About the role

The MRO Training Coordinator is responsible for delivering and managing maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) training programs for GE Aerospace customers worldwide. This position acts as the primary liaison between customers and GE teams to ensure training curricula are developed, executed, and invoiced accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all customer MRO training requests and maintain the overall training schedule.
• Develop standardized and customized training curricula, prepare proposals and manage asset allocation (engines, modules, parts).
• Deliver hands‑on disassembly and assembly training sessions at customer sites and assign trainers across the GE network.
• Issue attendance records and invoices to customers.
• Support MRO Programs with training design for shop set‑up and consultancy projects.
• Travel to customer, GE and partner facilities as required.

Required profile

• Prior experience with aircraft engine disassembly/assembly on LEAP or GEnx platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to train others on engine disassembly and assembly.
• Strong project‑management capabilities.
• Proficiency with standard office software (word processing, email).
