MSP Service Creation Manager

About the role

Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data security, is looking for an MSP Service Creation Manager in Dubai. As its subject matter expert, you build and launch managed services with MSPs and MSSPs, working directly with partner executives across product management, service delivery, sales, marketing, customer success and operations. You turn a partner's idea into a launched, sellable service, with senior credibility and a focus on realistic, revenue-backed commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Build new services with partners: work with MSP/MSSP executives to define what each function needs before launch, guide partners through Cohesity's service creation framework and represent Cohesity credibly to senior stakeholders.
• Sizing the commitment: help partners build business cases and size their annual spend commitment for each new or expanded service, based on a realistic consumption plan.
• Service health checks: review services already in the market, identify areas for improvement and turn findings into agreed plans of action, diagnosing friction points in delivery, pricing or packaging.
• Partner with MSP Account Executives on relationships, annual spend, recommitments and forecasts.
• Develop managed-ready offers aligned with the Partner Managed-Ready Offer Framework, using AI to create effective content such as presentation slides and business case templates, and feed partner feedback back to Product Management.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a product manager at a services organization, or as a general manager stepping into a senior individual-contributor role.
• Extensive experience working for or with MSPs and/or MSSPs, with credibility across product, service delivery, sales, marketing, customer success and operations.
• Strong understanding of commercial modeling, including pricing, margin and consumption economics, enough to size annual spend commitments.
• Facilitation and consulting skills, comfortable running structured discovery and health check conversations with partner executives.
• Domain experience in data protection, cyber resilience, storage or security markets.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.
• Willingness to travel significantly, and professional English.
