About the role

The Multi-Property Assistant Marketing Manager supports the Sales & Marketing team at Aloft Hotels in Dubai, promoting the brand and driving revenue through targeted sales initiatives. This role combines guest interaction, office administration, and coordination of preview package tours for potential owners.

Key responsibilities

• Promote brand awareness internally and externally while using sales techniques to maximise revenue and maintain guest loyalty.
• Contact potential owners by telephone to arrange preview package sales tours and encourage bookings.
• Verify eligibility of participants, explain sales presentation details, and manage the scheduling of tours for Marriott Vacation Club properties.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as reward points or show tickets to enhance guest patronage.
• Perform general office duties including filing, emailing, typing, faxing, and accurate message handling.
• Support management in training, coaching, and motivating staff while upholding company policies and confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in sales or marketing.
• Must be a Nigerian national residing locally.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
