Multi-Property Director of Revenue Management

About the role

The Multi-Property Director of Revenue Management leads revenue activities across the Le Méridien Dubai Complex, driving pricing, inventory, forecasting and demand analysis to maximise profitability. You will develop commercial strategies for transient, group and wholesale segments while partnering with hotel leadership and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Determine and evaluate sales strategies, preparing historical and future revenue analyses.
• Manage the annual pricing process for rooms, groups and catering spaces.
• Establish dynamic pricing strategies and maintain rate restrictions.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the property, including 6‑month, 12‑month and 2‑year action plans.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to identify business opportunities and increase profitability.
• Utilise brand revenue management systems and tools to optimise revenue and profit.
• Prepare budgets for transient, group and catering segments.
• Lead property meetings, communicate sales strategies and adjust rates according to market conditions.

Required profile

• A degree in a relevant business discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience in hotel revenue management, preferably at a multi‑property level.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders.
