Multi-Property Leisure & Business Travel Agent

About the role

Join the vibrant team at The Abu Dhabi EDITION as a Multi-Property Leisure and Business Travel Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, changes, and cancellations across multiple properties while delivering the brand’s signature service.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, modifications and cancellations received by phone, fax or mail.
• Identify guest needs, verify room availability and rates, and explain guarantee, special rate and cancellation policies.
• Document special requests, answer questions about hotel facilities and services, and apply sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Enter and retrieve data in the reservation system, applying correct codes for complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel‑agent rates and wholesale bookings.
• Escalate guest concerns following proper procedures and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Uphold professional appearance, adhere to company policies, and assist guests with disabilities.
• Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb and support other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Al Bateen Marina, Abu Dhabi.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push or pull items weighing up to 10 lb.
