Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Repairs and Maintenance team in Dubai, handling a variety of trades across villas and apartments.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, service and repair air‑conditioning systems.
• Carry out plumbing repairs, including leaks, pipes, taps and sanitary fittings.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and repair wiring, lighting, switches and sockets.
• Install and repair floor and wall tiles, including grouting.
• Diagnose and repair electronic control boards (PCBs) for air‑conditioning systems.
• Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance in villas and apartments.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in the listed trades.
• Ability to identify faults and complete repairs independently.
• Safe and competent use of tools and equipment.
• Reliable, responsible and attentive to quality of work.
• Previous UAE maintenance experience and a UAE driving licence are advantages.
