Multi-Skilled Tradesmen, Technicians and Tile Masons

About the role

A growing construction team operating across the UAE is looking for multi-skilled tradesmen and technicians, with particular interest in tile masons who can lay ceramic, porcelain, marble and mosaic tiles with precision. The team works on busy sites with high standards, and the role suits someone with a primary trade who is willing to help with secondary tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Lay ceramic, porcelain, marble and mosaic tiles on floors and walls, keeping lines straight and levels true.
• Handle screeding and surface leveling so substrates are properly prepared.
• Read drawings and specifications, flagging inconsistencies early.
• Mix adhesives, grouts and mortars to the right consistency.
• Pitch in on secondary tasks such as finishing, material handling and supporting other trades.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy and follow site safety rules.

Required profile

• Solid, practical tiling experience with a portfolio or references.
• Confidence with screeding, leveling and surface preparation.
• Ability to work from drawings and specs independently.
• Willingness to support other tasks on site.
• Valid work status to join a UAE-based construction team.
• Nice to have: a secondary trade such as plastering, painting, blockwork or finishing, experience on Gulf projects, and a safety certification.

What we offer

• Competitive pay reflecting skill level and trade.
• Accommodation and transport support for site-based roles.
• A steady pipeline of projects across the UAE.
• Supervisors who have come up through the trades and room to grow.
• A proper safety culture.
