About the role

Royal Phoenix Clinic is expanding its clinical team in Dubai and is seeking qualified professionals for eight distinct medical and aesthetic positions. The roles cover a range of specialties, from surgery to aesthetic treatments, and require a commitment to high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical consultations, diagnostics, and treatment planning within your specialty.
• Perform surgical, aesthetic, or procedural interventions in line with clinic protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and treatment documentation.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, post‑care instructions, and expected outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, specialists, and support staff.

Required profile

• Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license or eligibility letter (preferred).
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS/MD/MS) or specialist qualification relevant to the position.
• Relevant clinical experience in the specific medical or aesthetic field; UAE experience is an advantage.
• Advanced‑level expertise and ability to work independently within a fast‑growing environment.

Required skills

• Laser technology operation (for Laser Technician & Beauty Therapist role).
• Specialized surgical techniques (for Surgeon positions).
• Aesthetic procedure expertise (for General Aesthetic Practitioner).
• Clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
