Multiple Technology & Digital Roles – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are partnering with an Abu Dhabi‑based organisation that is expanding its technology, data and digital capabilities across sectors such as oil & gas, technology and government. The company is looking for a range of senior and mid‑level professionals to fill delivery, engineering, QA, frontend, backend and mobile development positions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale technology programmes and delivery governance.
• Design, develop and maintain backend services, APIs and micro‑services.
• Architect and implement cloud‑native solutions on Azure and other platforms.
• Build and optimise ReactJS front‑end applications.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code and test automation.
• Integrate AI, GPT and other automation tools into business processes.
• Ensure performance, security, scalability and compliance of all solutions.

Required profile

• 15+ years for senior delivery management, 10+ years for technical leadership, 8‑12 years for solution architecture.
• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, cloud migration and large‑scale system integration.
• Strong track record of leading cross‑functional teams and delivering end‑to‑end digital products.
