Multi‑Site Operations Supervisor

About the role

Chaps & Co pride themselves on creating a positive working environment, and it is your responsibility to maintain that within the shop both for clients and team members. As an Operations Supervisor you will provide essential support to the operations team, coordinating activities, managing workflows, troubleshooting issues and facilitating communication across departments to boost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Support the operations team to achieve company goals and targets.
• Ensure the customer service journey is delivered to the highest level in our shops.
• Execute and monitor operational processes, policies and brand standards.
• Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure a seamless customer journey in the barbershops.
• Manage schedule management process and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Identify and troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate operational records and assist with inventory controls through regular stocktakes.
• Provide shop induction, training and ongoing support to new team members.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in an operations supervisor or team‑leader role.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and manage a team cohesively.
