About the role
Join the Waldorf Astoria team in Ras Al Khaimah as a Multiskilled Technician, where you will ensure the hotel’s physical safety and functionality while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
- Diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
- Coordinate repairs with Engineering and Housekeeping to avoid guest disruption.
- Utilise a wide range of tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest standards and technologies to improve efficiency and sustainability.
- Ensure all activities comply with safety protocols and regulations.
Required profile
- Proven expertise in handling a variety of maintenance tasks, especially electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
