Music Teacher – Bateen World Academy

About the role

Aldar Academies are looking for a passionate Music Teacher to join Bateen World Academy for the 2026‑2027 academic year. The school combines British and IB curricula and serves students from FS1 to Year 13 in a vibrant Abu Dhabi community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver outstanding music lessons in line with the school’s Teaching and Learning Policy.
• Create a supportive learning climate, set clear objectives, and differentiate instruction for SEN, EAL and gifted students.
• Use assessment for learning and performance data to inform planning and improve outcomes.
• Integrate ICT tools to enhance music instruction.
• Maintain discipline according to the Behaviour for Learning Policy and promote punctuality and high standards.
• Mark student work regularly, set progress targets, and keep systematic records of achievement.
